Tech-Macro has successfully developed the latest generation of silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic composite material which is more profitable and used for special pumps resistant to abrasion and corrosion such as slurry pump, desulfurization pump.
The Silicon Carbide(SiC) Ceramic composite material produced by Tech-Macro is a composite nonmetallic material with ultra corrosion-resistant&wear-resistant performance, it's mixed by anti-abrasive silicon carbide powderand epoxy resin, curing agent, toughening agent, catalytic agent and so on.

The silicon carbide ceramic composite material can be used to repair the worn parts of the pump under normal temperature and atmospheric pressure conditions to completely rebuild the pump parts quickly.
In addition to pump wet end parts, SiC ceramic pipe& valve& fitings and so on are available. Meanwhile, Tech-Macro also provides SiC composite materials which can be used to completely rebuild worn metal surfaces or be used as a preventative coating.
